2. Who Can Enter

Entry is open to residents of the following Australian states and territories: Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), Tasmania (TAS) and Northern Territory (NT)

3. State Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to licensing rules, residents from Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and South Australia (SA) are not eligible. Before joining, it's up to you to check your own state's or territory's eligibility rules. By purchasing, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted these terms and your eligibility.

5. Who Can Participate

To qualify, entrants must:

Be 18 years or older
Live in an eligible state/territory
Have a valid Australian address
Purchase a Happy Bubbles Rewards Club Package (One-Time or Membership) through our official website during the promotion period.

Entry volumes per package are clearly displayed at checkout. Bonus entries may be gained through bonus offers, referrals or promo campaigns (these will be updated online throughout the promotion period).

Participants may enter through both purchase and free methods as published on our website. There's a maximum of 100,000 entries per person for the entire campaign.

Staff Exclusion: Employees (and their immediate family members: spouse, partner, child or sibling) are not eligible to enter or win.

6. Membership & Entry Conditions

One-Time entries activate once payment clears.
Must have at least one or more total entries to participate in the giveaway.
Total entries are made up of accumulated entries and one-time entries.
One-time entries only count for the next giveaway only and reset once the draw is complete.
Accumulated entries carry over to future draws and continue accruing as long as the membership stays active (for members only).
A membership can be cancelled at any time and the member will remain active until the end of their current billing cycle.
Billing may come through on the last day of the month for members who join between the 1st day and the 3rd day of the month and may come through on the 15th day of the month for members who join on or between the 15th day and the 17th day of the month, to ensure enough time for processing.

Important Notes:

Vehicle transfer costs included, along with RWC and registration. Insurance is your responsibility.
Cash prizes will be transferred to an Australian bank account only
Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred unless Happy Bubbles decides otherwise
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of our control, we may substitute it with another of equal or higher value, subject to approval.

1. How to Enter

You must meet all eligibility requirements and complete a valid qualifying action (such as a purchase or free entry method) during the promotional window.
You're responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct.
Invalid, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be removed.

2. How Winners Are Chosen

The winners will be drawn electronically via live stream on our social media channels, starting on September 3rd 2026 at 9pm AEST using a certified random draw system (randomdraws.com.au) to ensure transparency and fairness.

3. Notifying the Winners

Winners are contacted within 7 days via the phone and email provided.

Make sure your contact info is accurate - we cannot take responsibility if we cannot reach you.

Winners will also be announced publicly on our website and social platforms.

4. Claiming Your Prize

Must be claimed within 90 days of confirmation and identity verification.
If unclaimed after 90 days, the prize will be awarded to a backup winner.
Delivery of the car prize varies based on location of the winner and can take up to 60 days.

1. Limitation of Liability:

We're not responsible for:

Late or lost entries
Damage or injury caused by entering or winning
Third-party provider failures

2. Error Handling:

If technical issues or mistakes affect entries or draw fairness, we may rerun the draw or transfer entries to another giveaway of similar value.

3. Taxes:

Happy Bubbles is not responsible for your tax obligations.
Please seek your own tax or financial advice if you win.

4. No Employment

Entering doesn't create any employment or partnership relationship with Happy Bubbles.

5. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other Australian consumer laws.

6. Privacy

By entering, you consent to us collecting and using your data to run this competition.
We may share your info with prize providers or authorities where needed.
Your data will be stored securely and deleted or de-identified after we no longer need it (unless required by law).

7. Cancelling or Changing the Competition

We may cancel or change the promotion if something outside our control happens - such as legal restrictions or a force majeure event. No compensation will be offered.

8. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify anyone found tampering, using bots, or providing false information. Our decisions are final.

9. Final Say

All decisions relating to prize eligibility, disqualification, or disputes are made by us and are final. No further discussions will be entered into.

10. Publicity

Winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity (e.g., photos, videos, interviews) and allow Happy Bubbles to use their name and suburb for promotional purposes without extra payment, unless restricted by law.

11. Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or disruptions due to things beyond our control - like floods, fires, pandemics or government restrictions.

12. Disputes

This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
We aim to resolve disputes peacefully, but unresolved issues may go to mediation.

13. Other Notes

If a section of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
Not enforcing a rule doesn't mean we've waived it.
